Aadade Aadharam (Telugu: ఆడదే ఆధారం) is an Indian Telugu languagesoap opera that airs on the E TV Telugu. It airs from Monday to Saturday afternoons (IST).[1] It premiered on 26 January 2009 and is the third longest-running Indian television soap opera after Char Divas Sasuche. This Telugu serial had completed 3,062 episodes (as of 4 May2019) and is still on air.[2][3][4]

Plot[edit]
The key roles in the serial are Pallavi, Kishore, Balaji, Raja, Madhulika, and Shafi. The show is about a woman who is struggling and moves ahead in her life though she faces various problems in her life. The female lead was ‘Amrita’ who was a professional lawyer.
Vikas, a selfish person, sets his eyes upon rich Renuka. He incites his friend Sagar into kidnapping her, who mistakenly abducts Amrita. Next day, she returns to her hostel. Spurned by society and even by her family members for having spent a night out of her hostel, Amirita unwittingly becomes a victim of fate, and so begins a tale of misery and woe. She moves ahead in life despite facing insurmountable personal problems. Her indefatigable courage enables her to fight with criminals, including Vikas.
She strives hard in her life to make her own mark in the society. The story progresses with different characters whom she meets in her life and struggles hard within the society and against the criminals she was dealing within her cases. She faces the consequences with courage and individuality without losing her morals.

How many actors can boast of an innings like hers in their debut serials? Meet Pallavi, the actor who has managed to hold audiences’ attention for six years now in her first serial Aadade Aadharam. Aired on ETV, the serial has completed 1500-plus episodes .
She continues the trend with her second serial Bharyamani , which is being aired for five years now. While she is the courageous young lawyer Amrutha who takes on the rich and powerful in Aadade Aadharam (she plays a double role in it now), in Bharyamani she becomes an self-indulgent and ever-doubting wife Alekhya.
At a remote house near Nanakramguda, the shooting for Bharyamani is on. It’s break time and Pallavi dressed in a simple kurta chudidaar is fiddling with her smart phone. Pallavi a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya in Uppal, entered television as a teenager. She casually attended a screen test for ETV, got selected and did her first telefilm Rangula Kala . Next came the offer for Aadade Aadharam , when she was doing her Intermediate. “The soap began as a story of three girls who hail from different backgrounds and become friends in college,” states Pallavi. “My character Amrutha is from a lower middle class and works hard to come up in life, facing challenges.”

The serial, now in its sixth year, has undergone dramatic changes with many characters disappearing from the show. What has remained constant is Pallavi as one the main protagonists. Call her a lucky actress and the 20-plus youngster smiles. “Luck plays an important role. There are many talented artistes who do not get a platform to showcase their talent. I feel lucky and I am thankful to the directors and the channel,” she states and adds, “I learnt acting on the sets. One feels like home here. ”
Her mother calls her an introvert who likes to keep to herself. Her day starts at 7.30 a.m. every day when she leaves her house in ECIL for shooting and ends at around 7 p.m. When not shooting, she loves to watch and read about Surya. “I am the biggest fan of Surya and love watching his movies and downloading his songs and photographs. I also keep reading about his interviews and the way he prepares for a role.
Not only does he take care of his physical appearance, but mentally too he becomes the person he is playing on screen,” she says.
Unlike other actors who constantly memorise their lines or rehearse in front of a mirror, Pallavi relies on her grasping power while learning on the sets. She won a Nandi in 2012 and many fans too. “We had gone to Anaparthi for a jatara and stayed there for three days. Hundreds of women came every day just to see me. It was overwhelming to see their excitement and affection for me,” she smiles.
Will she do movies? “There’s no plan but if there are roles with substance, why not?”
